The management, organisation, and administration of educational institutions, whether formal or informal, evolve over time, necessitating the acquisition of new knowledge and skills. The need for leaders equipped with the managerial knowledge and skills required by the current era has become increasingly evident.
TED University’s Non-Thesis Master’s Programme in Education Institutions Management has been designed with this need in mind, following an interdisciplinary approach. Given the breadth and structure of the field, the programme reflects the intersection of Educational Sciences and Administrative Sciences. It is a non-thesis master’s programme developed through a needs analysis conducted jointly by faculty members from our University’s Faculty of Education and Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, who collaborated to create a unified framework. In short, this programme embodies an interdisciplinary character, integrating the fields of Educational Sciences, Education Management, Economics, and Business Studies.
